No matured Prophet will behave like Jesus Ahuofe- Bishop JY Adu

Founder and leader of Kumasi-based New Jerusalem Chapel, Bishop John Yaw Adu has condemned Prophets who publicly reveal prophecies about individuals especially celebrities on radio and television stations.

According to Bishop J Y Adu, Bishop Stephen Kwesi Appiah, Founder and leader of New Life Kingdom Chapel aka Jesus Ahoufe acted immaturely for revealing Shatta Wale’s shooting prophecy on the radio.

Jesus Ahoufe prophesied that the Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale born Charles Nii Armah Mensah will be shot and killed on his birthday as it happened to the late South African Reggae artist Lucky Dube.

Speaking on Kumasi-based Angel Fm Church Bells Show hosted by Ike De Unpredictable monitored by MyNewsGh.com, Bishop J Y Adu emphasized that the “Majority of prophets in Ghana reveal prophecies on celebrities and politicians on radio and TV stations just to ride on them to become popular”.

“The prophecy is about Shatta Wale and he is the one who should hear about the prophecy but not the general public. Jesus Ahoufe should have looked for Shatta Wale and delivered the prophecy to him” Bishop J Y Adu explained.

“No matured Prophet who is doing the work of God will give prophesy to cause fear and panic. Jesus Ahoufe and other Prophets should desist from how they give a prophecy about individuals especially celebrities and politicians”.

Bishop J Y Adu added that “I remember another prophet prophesied about Shatta Wale that he is going to be killed which forced Shatta Wale to come out to say he will burn the Prophet’s church. It seems those prophets want to prophesy about Shatta Wale by all means”.
