Accra-Kantamanto Market Inferno: Traders Cry Over Rampant Burning

In relation to burning of Kantamanto Jerry market which had destroyed properties wealth about a million Ghana Cedis, some traders have expressed their worries about continued fire outbreaks in the market.

The traders explained that they don’t understand why almost every year the market will experience fire outbreak.

Odehunufuor Jackson spoke to some leaders of Used Clothing Association of Ghana, Mr. Paul Oscar Ankamah (Patron) and Mr. Kwaaning Asante Boateng (Gen. Sec/PRO).

The Public Relations Officer of the Ghana National Fire Service, Assistant Chief Fire Officer, Timothy Osafo Affum also spoke our reporter.

On their part, Some of the affected traders also expressed their worries.
