BONSU NKWANTA MURDER CASE: 13 Discharged, 12 Remanded Into Two Weeks For Burning A Suspected Armed Robber To Ashes. [SEE PHOTOS]

Sefwi Wiawso magistrate court headed by his worship Lawrence Buernor has discharged 13 person’s out of the 25 people arrested and remanded for allegedly burnt a Suspected armed Robber into ashes at Bonsu Nkwanta a community of Sefwi juaboso district.

The report says 12 have been remanded into police custody for two weeks waiting for police further investigation.

The Charges were 3:
conspiracy to commit crime to wit: murder
Causing unlawful Damage
Murder

On his part, the Member of parliament for Sefwi juaboso constituency, Hon. Kwabena Mintah Akando speaking to the media after the court proceeding said infact all of them must be discharged but this a matter of law and they are been remanded to reappear in two weeks later. While they are going to the high court.

Speaking to Nattybongo, Hon Akando said this is the district court and with his lawyers they are going to high court to appeal against this decision, so the family should remain calm and everybody must rest assured that is why they have elected him as their representative.

He will not condone any wrong doing but to make sure that, the law will take it own course.
