Ata ne Ata Accident: 11 confirmed Dead, Two referred to Sunyani, Kumasi

Six males, five females has so far been confirmed dead by St.Elizabeth Hospital at Hwidiem in the Asutifi South district of the Ahafo region.

Saturday around 5:30 to 6pm,Aboboyaa carrying 18 passengers involved in an accident after wrongly overtaken on Ata ne Ata to Nkasiem road.

The victims was rushed to St.Elizabeth hospital.

This morning, Two has out of the seven injured has been referred to Sunyani, Four has been discharged and one still on admission.

The Assemblyman of the area,Hon.Ernest Karim discribed the incident as unfortunate.

At the St.Elizabetg Hospital,Dr.Richard Selormey also spoke to Joe Pawa on the current condition of the one on admission at the hospital.
