THE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH OF GHANA URGES GHANAIANS TO EAT, SPEAK AND WEAR GHANA TO SELL OUR RICH CULTURE TO THE WORLD
The Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Emmanuel Congregation has encouraged Ghanaians to project the dynamic cultural heritage to the rest of the world.
Mr. Addo Kwabena Berqwin who is the secretary and spokesperson for the church in Daboase in the Wassa East district of western region stated that, we can do this when we patronize the locally made products. He stressed that Ghana has healthy delicacies that promote general wellbeing hence we should eat, drink and wear our own.
He disclosed this to Listowel Aboagye Dacosta of Sweet FM when the church organized a Traditional Church Service in Daboase with the aim of promoting Ghanaian culture.
The church also appealed to the leaders in the country to always do things that will promote peace and unity in the country.
The church also used the occasion to present a special citation to the Wassa East District Chief Executive Hon. Emmanuel Boakye for his humility, honesty high dedication and his hard work to the people of Wassa East district.
The DCE, Hon. Emmanuel Boakye expressed a profound gratitude to the Emmanuel Congratulation Presbyterian Church for the citation and advised all and sundry to lead decent lives so that the young ones can emulate.
