Dormaa: Pastor hangs Himself To Allegedly Avoid Paying Loan Took From Congregants

Information reaching Arknewsroom.com has that, associate pastor with the Apostle Continuation Church International (ACCI), Diabaa Community in the Dormaa West District in the Bono Region has committed suicide to avoid debts owed and possible more mysterious reasons.

According to information, Peter Kwabena Addo, aged 57 reportedly got missing on the 2nd December, 2021 after all efforts to reach him through telephone and other means by his church and family members proved futile.

According to residents in the area, the deceased before his untimely dead was a businessman cum pastor.

“He got missing from the house a couple of weeks. We believe because someone debtors were coming after him, he as to seek refuge and possibly that might have caused him to killed himself to avoid paying back loans he took from the people. … Likely, he might be tormented by evil spirit to take his own life as the devil is at work this Christmas”, some of the church members confided in Ark FM reporter.

The Dormaa District Police Command headed by DSP Prince Asante Debra also confirmed the development to reporters with details

“The family and some of his church members came and reported his missing to us. All efforts were made but unfortunately, he was found dead at Agyayawkrom this morning”, the District Police Commander confirmed .

The body of Pastor Peter Kwabena Addo has been sent to the morgue for autopsy and preservation as police’s investigations continue.
