Reshuffle Your Ministers – Anglican Clergy Tells President

Reshuffle Your Ministers – Ghana Anglican Clergy Association Plead With Nana Addo.

The Ghana Anglican Clergy Association have called on President Akufo-Addo to reshuffle his ministers.

According to them most of the minister’s are not performing.

Speaking during their 11th Conference which was held under a theme “Leading the nation on the path of integrity and patriotism as Anglican Clergy; our calling and passion”.

The Chairman of the Ghana Anglican Clergy Association, Venerable Emmanuel Atta Mensah indicated that currently there is too much of corruption and hardship in the country and therefore President must put measures in place to combat it.

Talking about the high number of ministers, he appealed to President to reduce it and also reintroduce tollbooth for people with disabilities to get work to do and also he appealed to government to hand over missionary schools to their owners.

According to him, most of the youth today have lost their sense of integrity and their deeds clearly demonstrate that they have little knowledge of what patriotism means.

Venerable Emmanuel Atta Mensah however suggested that to eradicate the above noted canker, among others, Government should also involve the church, as stakeholders, in developing policies on education.
