Police Officers schooled on modern ways of fighting Crime

At least 395 Police trainees at Ahafo Kenyasi Police Training School has been trained on modern ways to fight crimes by the Catholic University of Ghana.

The Commanding officer, Ahafo Kenyasi Police Training School, Superintendent Samuel Omari-Anim said, the school authority thought it wise to team up with the Catholic University of Ghana to impact current knowledge on cyber crime, human rights, client care among others onto the trainees which will position them them well to fight crimes after they have been passed out successful.

To him, the one week training will go along way to help the country in fighting

The President of Catholic University of Ghana (CUG), Professor Daniel Obeng – Ofori has disclosed that crime rate in the country can be properly handled by the Police if only officers deem it relevant to embark on training programs to help improve their knowledge.
