NPP Conference: Alan Kyeremateng is Ghana’s hope- Asanteman declares support, flaunts massive photos

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) on Wednesday October 27, 2021 held their Ashanti Regional Delegates Conference in Kumasi.

All corners of the Garden City were decorated with portraits of Messrs Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanten, who is tipped to win the NPP’s Presidential primary.

Some of the inscriptions read, “The Hope of Ghana: Alan Kyeremanten,” “The Unifier: Alan Kyeremanten, Ye nim wo firi tete,” “Jobs4 the People, Cash4 the People: Alan Kyeremanten,” “Next to Lead: Alan Kyeremanten, Ye nim wo firi tete.”

Majority of the delegates openly declared their nonnegotiable support for the Trade and Industry Minister, who is regarded as a smart and time-tested politician capable of breaking the 8-year cycle of governance in Ghana.

Messrs Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen affectionately called Alan Cash was born on 3rd October, 1955.

He is a Ghanaian politician, corporate executive, diplomat and an international public servant specialized in global trade issues.

Mr. Kyerematen was Ghana’s Ambassador to the United States and later Minister of Trade, Industry, Private Sector Development (PSD) and the Presidential Special Initiatives (PSI), under the President Kufuor-led NPP government. .

The cash man served as a trade advisor at the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, where he coordinated the African Trade Policy Centre (ATPC).
