Methodist Church Ghana: Patasi-Atimatim Calvary Society Holds Send-Off Service For Rev. Daniel Adjei-Fordjour

Rev Daniel Adjei-Fordjour the Head Pastor of Patasi-Atimatim Calvary Methodist Church, Ghana says surge in killing and kidnapping during every elections period are mostly operated by legitimate criminals in disguise as politicians doing for political power.

Pastor Daniel Adjei-Fordjour fingered and attributed those criminalities where children, pregnant women are murdered, lost and could not establish their whereabouts to not only politicians but individual or group of immoral people.

He made the assertion when the congregation held a send-off service on his behalf in the church auditorium at Patasi-Atimatim in the Afigya Kwabre south district of the Ashanti region on Sunday.

The Man of God cautioned the youth to be vigilant, and also refrain themselves from the influence of money by politicians in this election period. He asked individuals whose relatives are vying for any public position been President, Member of Parliament or any relevant position to intercede and also advise them accordingly.

Speaking on human development in the church, Rev. Adjei-Fordjour charged pastors and church leaders to support the less privileged and needy members.
According to him many are the church members who are helpless, jobless and financially handicapped and it is imperative for the church to come to their aid by supporting them with startup capital and also educate them on how to start a business and the need and how to save money at Bank.

Reverend Daniel Yaw Adjei-Fordjour served and ended his role as Head Pastor at Patasi-Atimatim Calvary society for 5 years between the year 2019 and 2024. He started a construction of a storey building for Sunday school kids and conference hall for the church.

Through the efforts of Pastor Adjei-Fordjour, the church was able to procure a 60 seater bus for it’s activities, He also introduced every Sunday evening prayers known as Pray Until Something Happens (PUSH).

The Reverend minister also brought Calvary Encounter into existence, he introduced Traditional Sunday which did not only portraits the rich culture and tradition of the individual members but also allowed them to wear and prepare their unique African clothes and foods respectively.

Moreover, Rev. Adjei-Fordjour initiated Professional Sunday where members with their various profession were given the opportunity to educate the entire congratulation

Meanwhile, Leaders and members of the Calvary society lauded the outgoing minister for his prudent social intervention he brought in the church.

They described his commitment and dedication as unprecedented, superb and outstanding as they vowed to forever miss him.
