According to President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, he is aware of his responsibility to advance the nation.

The president expressed optimism that the economy would improve before his tenure ended, saying that he hoped the IMF’s assistance would be completed by the middle of November so that it could be incorporated into the budget. When his mandate was up, he declared, “my hope is to remove Ghana from the IMF bemire.
