The gentleman seen above is named Peter Atangwho, and he is employed by Telement, a clinic in Mexico City, as a medical technician. Following a successful procedure in which 32 kg of ovarian kysts were removed, an image was taken and posted on Twitter, where it soon gained widespread attention. According to his Facebook post, the lady is 24 years old.

The material was shared with others for a number of reasons. He endeavored to educate a huge number of women about the fact that not all pregnancies are genuine; this might be owing to the fact that the vast majority of women are living, drinking, eating, and smoking, among other things, at the time of their pregnancies.

In the post, it is stated that the woman in question felt she had been pregnant and weighed for a long amount of time, and that she did not receive an early, more accurate diagnosis at any hospital, even if she had been identified sooner.
