Old Tafo Municipal Assembly Members have confirmed the President’s Nominee Mr Lord Inusah Lansah with 87.5% votes endorsement.
He was approved to become the Municipal Chief Executive after able to secure the two-thirds of the Members.
Of the 24 total votes cast, Lord Inusah obtained 21 YES votes whilst 3 members voted NO against him.
The Pen man Lord Inusah Lansah after the confirmation thanked the president, stakeholders in the Municipality for the opportunity given him to serve as the chief representative.
With honest and humility he assured to work with the various stakeholders in the Municipality and will never disappoint the President and the People of the tasks vested in him.
Meanwhile, the Constituency Chairman for the Old Tafo Municipal, Hon Moses Donkor advised the MCE elect to foster good interpersonal relationship and proceed the good work and projects of the former Chief Executive, Fred Obeng Owusu.
Hon Moses K. Donkor who has been a Veteran Politician and the longest serving Chairman in Ghana in the Npp, was very instrumental of the unity that has restored in Old Tafo-Pankrono Municipality.
