video: How Immigration Applicant plans on becoming a millionaire

Since yesterday, long queues have been witnessed at designated places of examination for successful applicants who applied for recruitment into the Ghana Immigration Service and also the Fire Service.

Applicants have had to wake up early morning to join long queues and go through the screening process successfully.

For some of the applicants, getting enlisted into these services will mean they will have the opportunity to offer their strength and might in the upbuilding of the nation, while other see it as an avenue for employment since they don’t have any “better” job doing, and for others, it will be their road to riches.

The latter mindset has been the case of this applicant, who was interviewed on TV. For him, joining the Ghana Immigration Service (GIS) is his target because he believes he will become a millionaire by doing so.

From his point of view, he wanted to become a millionaire by joining the Ghana Immigration Service. Probed further as to how he was going to make it happen, he stressed that his monthly salary was what he planned on saving to become the millionaire he dreams of.

What is your take on this.?

Is that the right mindset to join the Immigration Service or any other service? Or it should be solely for serving the people of the country.

Tell us what you think in the comments session below.
