REMOVE MUSAMA NAME FROM YOUR CHURCH—COURT ORDER TO MCI LEADERS

The Cape Coast High Court has today March 31st 2022 has finally ruled the case between Mozama Church International and Mozama Disco christo Church Ghana.
According to the the court presiding over by Her Lordship Mrs Mill Tetteh said Mozama Church International should change their Name to different name to avoid any confusion, between both of them.
The court orders the Authorities of the Musama Church International to remove the name Musama from their Church since the Members are not parts of the Musama Disco Christo Church after Division of the Church.
To the development of the story,Her Lordship Mrs Mill Tetteh said the Mozama Church International should occupied all Asset the Church is having for the Muzama Disco Christo Church can not charged Musama Church International to leave the Church rooms as they demanded,He said the Church asset is for all but rather they should remove the Musama names to prevent any criminality that may occur but interms of properties, Muzama Church International should enjoy the properties which includes all the Church buildings in the Country.
Speaking after the court rule,the Lawyer for Muzama Disco Christo Church Lawyer Kojo Abban said they will go to Appeals Court to claimed the owenship of all the properties the Mozama Disco Christo Church is having for the Musama Disco Christo Church is the originator of all the properties the Church is having.
In addition,the Public Relations Officer for the Muzama Church International Rev. Sofo Owusu said the leadership are very happy about the court ruling they will remove the Musama name from their Church but for properties owenship they are clear about it.
The PRO also hinted the name Musama Church International will be changed in a due time which will be announce to their Church Members.
He said,all the properties of the Musama Disco Christo Church which includes Church buildings, their dress, ring they wear still remains unchange.
