Chairman for Islamic Organisation For Humanitarian Services in Kumasi-Tafo in the Ashanti region, Alhaji Awel Belgum has admonished youth in the Muslims communities to use this year Ramadan to live in and demonstrate a virtue life.

He stressed the need for the Muslim youth and for that matter Ghanaians to use the 30 days prayers and fasting as a period of reformation
and to recognise the importance attached to it.

Alhaji Awel Belgum made this advice after the organization has provided and supported muslim widows and orphans in Tafo and environs with rice, cooking oil and some undisclosed cash.

He indicates that the youth must use this year Ramadan to shun every antisocial vices and other bad practices that could lead them into trouble and must abide by the teachings of the Quran to promote a peaceful society that is safe and convenient for all.

According Alhaji Awel Belgum the Islamic Organisation For Humanitarian Services seeks to providing services and assistances to improve the general well being of humanity, help fund and construct community mosques, schools & clinic in various location across the country.

Speaking with Rexkin Ohene Boateng, some of widows and the orphan who received the gesture expressed their gratitude to the donors.

According to them, the donation had come at the right and utmost time which they said it has brought smiles on their faces.
