I Haven’t Been Sidelined In NPP- Boakye Agyarko.

Mr. Boakye Agyarko Kyeremateng the former minister for energy and also gunning for the NPP Flagbeareship position has opened up that he hasn’t been sidelined by the ruling NPP government.

He has been speaking to Michael Akrofi at YENDI and Nyankpala in the Tolon-Kumbungu as part of the NPP Delegates Conference for the Northern region.

His assertion comes to clear the rumours that, he has been sidelined as a result of his involvement in the to Ameri Deal.

Speaking to Michael Akrofi, Mr. Agyarko said he doesn’t feel sidelined in the party because he can serve the party in various forms and doesn’t needs to be a frontliner before his impact can be felt.

This is to defuse the claims that, because he was denied appointment in the government means he has been sidelined.

He said, the concerns of the grassroots of the party is his interest and would be a promising flagbearer if he contest and considered as the National chairman for the party.

Mr. Boakye Agyarko who is touring himself in the various regions as part of the regional delegates conferences of the party is hopeful to be considered.

Mr. Yaw Preko is the Deputy Communications also speaking to Michael Akrofi at the sideline of the tour in the Five Regions in the North disclosed that, per what he saw indicated that the northerners satisfied with the developments and contributions of the ruling NPP government in their various regions and believed that the Break the 8 election cycle is possible with the support of the Northerns.

Added that, Ghanaians would be extremely disappointed if NPP fails to break the 8 to continue the developmental Drive and life impacted policies which was inherited by NPP from NDC.
