The Presidential Advisor on health Dr. Anthony Nsiah Asare has disclosed that the Vaccine is part of the government measures to mitigate the spread of the deadly novel coronavirus pandemic in the country.
He said, some years back different kinds of viruses and diseases like; Chicken box, Small box, Ebola, H1N1, were in the world but due to vaccination they have almost been eradicated.
Speaking on Nkwantananso morning show on Opemsuo fm on Thursday which was monitored by heroesghnews.com, Dr. Anthony Nsiah Asare disclosed government intention to construct vaccine factories in the Country.
According to Dr. Anthony Nsiah Asare, when they build the factories it will help the country in the fight against disease like Cervical Cancer and any other related diseases.
The Presidential Advisor added that Ghana has lots of scientists who are ready and determined to help the government to manufacture vaccines for both children and adults.
He explained that the projects when completed will create employment for the youth and the vaccine will also be exported to other countries which will return revenue for the country.
