President of Bono Regional House of Chiefs appeals to the people to take advantage of the Commissioning of sunyani Airport
The President of the Bono Regional House of Chiefs Osagyefo Oseadeyo Agyemang Badu ll, has passionately appealed to the people of the region to take advantage of the commissioning of sunyani airport to boost the region’s economy.
The Omanhene of Dormaa traditional area, further urged Ghana Airport Company to regularize more aircrafts to the region to enhance traveling and business activities.
Osagyefo Oseadeyo Agyemang Badu ll said this during the Commissioning of the Bono Regional Airport by the President Nana Addo Danquah Akufo Addo in sunyani, Bono Region.
The President of the republic assured that the phase two rehabilitation project of sunyani airport would commence soon.
Adding that, the domestic flight movement would continue to grow over years to make Ghana an Aviation hub in Africa.
He said phases two and three of Kumasi Airport of Kumasi Airport project is 93% complete and phase two of Tamale airport expansion project is 95% complete.
