Ursula Owusu hooted, chased out from her constituency by Irate youths [video}

Communication and digitalisation minister, Ursula Owusu found herself in one of the bizarre situations in her life as a politician.

The loudmouth minister in a video going viral on the internet was left speechless when angry youths in her constituency started hooting at her for obvious reasons.

While she stood and watch from afar, the angry who were probably fumed started insulting and clapped signalling her to go away from their presence.

Their grievances that led to the unfortunate situation is yet to be known but many have attributed to the introduction of the new e-levy.

There has been no official communication from the minister.
