The Member of Parliament for Ekumfi Constituency in the Central Region, Hon. Abeiku Crentsil has supported 200 brilliant but Needy children who optained good grades in their BECE Exams with Trunk, chop Box and provisions ahead of admission.
During the presentation of the items to the Needy children, MP Abeiku Crentsil revealed that , he took such initiatives to support parents to reduce pressure on them.
In an interview with Peace news Fiifi Davis Hon. Abeiku Crentsil appealed to GES to give parents ample time to prepare themselves after BECE results are released.
Abeiku Crentsil says it’s will be very difficult for parents in the rural areas to mobilized themselves within two weeks to buy goodies for their ward.
In all 42 Students who are going to University also had School Fees Support.
Meanwhile Ekumfi District Education Director Isaac Oscar Odoom also appealed to government to give them more teachers and Chairs for effective learning.
Furthermore Some parents and children also commended the MP Abeiku Crentsil to whipping their tears in this difficult economic challenges.
