ƆSAGYEFOƆ AMOATIA OFORI PANIN AT 22 ON OFORI PANIN STOOL
Monday 4th October 1999 is exactly 22 years today Monday 4th October, 2021, Asona dehyeɛ Nana Kwame Amoatia Ofori Atta was enstooled as 35th Ɔkyenhene in Ɔkyeman.
His former name was changed to Ɔsagyefoɔ Amoatia Ofori Panin.
He inherited the stool from his own biological brother Ɔsagyefoɔ Kuntunkununku II known in private life as Dr. Alexander Fredua Agyemang.
Their mother was Ɔdehyeɛ Sussana Abena Akoto.
22 years journey as Ɔkyenhene is not an easy task, but he swore that whenever his people call him, in the night or broad daylight, rainy or shining he will attend to them. He will never violate the great oath of Ɔkyeman (Wukuada ne Kwanyarko)
Having taken up Werenkyimadu ne Awamfi sword as power and authority of Ɔkyeman, he thought of his people on how best he can serve them as their King.
Ɔsagyefoɔ first established Scholarship Fund to push up the poor but brilliant students to further their education.
This scholarship is still operational till today and this year, 20 graduates have been given scholarship to study in abroad for their Masters Degrees.
Ɔsagyefoɔ did not end there, he went on to establish University College of Agriculture in Bunso.
On his 20th Anniversary in 2019, he promised his people that he will build 10 basic complex schools for them.
Some of these projects are in 80% and 90% stages of completion which is believed that by the next year 2022, it will be completed and be handed over to Ghana Education Service for use.
Renovation and expansion of Ofori Panin Fie by His Royal Majesty is overwhelming, no palace in Ghana can be compared with it’s beauty.

Peace and Unity is something that is on his heart. He brings all people and build peace and unity with them.
On 75th Anniversary of his grandfather Naa Sir Ofori Atta in 2018, he made Asantehene Otumfoɔ Ɔsɛe Tutu Ababio the royal guest of honour of the occasion.
2019, on his own 20th anniversary, he made Dagbonwura Ya Na Abubakari Mahama II the royal guest of honour of the occasion.
Being Asona Piesie, he also mobilized all Nananom Asonafo across the country to ASONA REUNION in Kyebi to build a strong ties and help each other and they established Asona Scholarship Fund for needy but brilliant students.
He always attends to invitation he receives.
He was in Kumasi to play golf with Asantehene in 2018
He attended Offinsohene’s 25th Anniversary in 2018.
He was in Dixcove in Nzema as a royal guest of honour of Kundum festival.
He was royal guest of honour of Ngmayem festival of Manya Krobo by an invitation of the Overlord of Manya Krobo, Nene Sakite.
Ɔdeneho Kwafo Akoto III, Akwamumanwura, paid him a royal visit 2019.
Daasebrɛ Akuamoa Agyapɔn, Ɔkwahumanwura was Ɔsagyefoɔ’s 20th anniversary grand durbar in 2019.
As for Kotokumanwura Ɔseadeayɔ Frempong Manso, Bosomemanwura Ɔkotwaasuo Kantamanto Owurae Agyekum and Okuapehene Ɔseadeayɔ Kwasi Akuffo III, Ɔsagyefoɔ dines and wines with them on daily basis.
