As we progress in life, we discover problems, hitches, difficulties, anomalies and discrepancies which are possible encounters in our bid to make progress.
What matters most is having encountered such obstructions what measures devised to undue any such unfavourable situations defines the competency and effectiveness of a leader.
Many times that NPP encounters problems cut across-the-board: administrative, management and electioneering which, one would expect to happen because a party with heterogeneous group of people from different orientations it is no news to encounter such situations but what matters is as aforementioned
HOW TO REMEDY SUCH SITUATIONS.
John BOADU, the most experienced and knowledgeable General Secretary of NPP and his able National and Regional Executives consulted ideas to find a dying solution to the problems that characterised the just ended NPP polling Station elections to ensure problem free and free and fair coordinators and Constituency elections.
Pursuance of finding solution to the problems, the General Secretary,John BOADU suggested that as most of the altercations, hullabaloo and confusion arise from picking of nomination forms where some eligible party members are denied the forms, all NPP nomination forms across Ghana shall be uploaded and downloaded online.
Fellow NPP what does this brilliant idea from John BOADU suggests? This conspicuously shows that John BOADU and his team can never be blamed for whatever problems NPP encountered 100% in 2020 some people intentionally cause confusion just to discredit John BOADU and is working team to achieve their diabolic aim — unseat them.

THE BEST TEACHER we all witnessed the peaceful atmosphere the coordinators elections were conducted where not even a single misconduct was reported.
Again constituency nomination has just ended as PEACEFULLY as never before in the history of NPP all because of the introduction of online picking of forms inducted by John BOADU and his able team – fellow NPPs why are you silent to commend John BOADU and his team for this excellent performance? As you criticise, condemn and attack them on their shortfalls so as you should be eveready to praise and commend them for their excellencies.

General John BOADU and your working team, I stand to commend you and your working team for such brilliance policy for making coordinators elections and constituency nominations very peaceful.
Infact GENERAL you have affirmed that you are indeed ADWENKESE3 AND HY3BR3 SESAFO) as Ghanaians have conferred on you. keep on the good work for NPP.
In addition, may I commend you for remaining calm and resolute for the attacks and abusive words your oppossers have inflicted your person and office. Never have I heard you(John BOADU) combating such people or responding peevishly to your attackers that is a true demonstration of a good leader who has a heart to accommodate and nurture anything good or bad.
General John BOADU I remember what you told your communicators to which I am the Chairman in Ashanti Region when we decided to Banta with your attackers you said “NO NO NO NO Bombay just allow them to express their free sentiments that is one of the challenges of leadership every performing leader faces such challenges but what matters is be focus and resolute one day they will know the truth and retract” what a leader!!!
NPPs MY PLEA TO YOU IS THAT WE HAVE A GREAT JOHN BOADU LETS HANDLE HIM LIKE EGG HE IS FULLY PREPARED TO BREAK THE 8 BEFORE HE EXIT OFFICE IN 2026.
