Osei 27 and Bismark 25 died instantly and two others in critical condition at Heman near Afrancho in the Afigya Kwabre South District of the Ashanti Region when Community folks were mourning a 19 year old student called Patrick who has died a couple of days and family has staged his final funeral rites.

Eye witness says the victims have erected a canopy and placed it under a high tension which the canopy eventually hit the high tension leading to the death of the two.
