Hon Lawyer Vincent Ekow Assafuah (MP), Deputy Local Gov’t Minister Writes

I honored an invitation from the GIMPA Law Students Association as a guest speaker for their Handing Over and Awards Night.

I shared with them my journey in becoming a lawyer, the sacrifices I had to make to see the actualization of my dream.

We also had a profound conversation on the Directive Principles of State Policy, discussing their importance as a guiding compass for government actions and their role in fostering a just and free society.

It was an inspiring evening celebrating the achievements of dedicated law students and reflecting on our collective responsibility to uphold constitutional principles.

Congratulations once again to all honorees! Let’s continue striving for excellence and making impactful contributions to our society.

by: Hon Vincent Ekow Assafuah Esq., Deputy Minister for Local Government, Decentralisation, and Rural
Development and Member of Parliament for Old Tafo-Pankrono Constituency.
