Ejura-Sekyedumase: Chief Solicits Support To Create Job Opportunities For His People

The newly enstooled Chief of Sekyedumase, Nana Antwi Boasiako II  has called on his people to support him create an enabling environment and job opportunities for the youth in his area to better their lives.

Speaking in an interview with the media at a durbar in Sekyedumase to outdoor him after he has sworn an oath of allegiance to Asantehene at the Manhyia Palace in Kumase, Nana Antwi Boasiako II stated that he has come to continue the vision and good works of his predecessor Nana Antwi Boasiako I so that  Sekyedumase can develop at faster rate.

He added that as a new Chief he has a lot of developmental visions and will make sure that sectors such as Education and Health will improve to create jobs and other avenues for the youth in Sekyedumase and its environs .

Nana further appeal to Sekyedumaseman especially those in the diaspora to come and support the community with the little they have to make his vision and ambitions come through.
He then calls for peace and unity among the Royal families.

Residents of Sekyedumase expressed their joy for getting a new chief for a very long time since Nana Antwi Boasiako I demised.

They are of the hope that the new chief will help eradicate upsurge teenage pregnancies, lawlessness and drug abuse (wee, cocaine, tramol etc.) among the youth in the area.
