Ejisu Municipal: Asienimpong Owner resourced schools with desks, PPEs

The Chief of Asienimpong Traditional Area in Ejisu Municipality of Ashanti Region, Nana Kwaku Appiah Onwanwani I, has resourced the public schools in the Asienimpong community with education materials and Preventive Protection Equipment PPEs.

The items which consist of 100 dual desks, Nose mask, liquid soap, and Tissue were presented to Esienimpong Methodist primary, M/A primary and M/A JHS on Friday.

speaking at a short ceremony, Nana Kwaku Appiah Onwanwani, urged the students to concentrate on their education, he chastised them not only to have a vision but they must also adopt “can do spirit” in anything they do.

The Asienimpong owner said the donation was made as part of his contribution and social responsibilities to support education of his people, assuring that he is more ready to assist in any calls by the school authorities as according to him, education is the top priority in every country.

The Deputy Director in charge of supervision, Mr. Nicholas Bassaw, who received the items On behalf of Madam Amina Achiaa the Municipal Director of Education thanked the chief for his kind gesture.

Pledging to ensure good culture of maintenance of the chairs the education director made a passionate appeal to other stakeholders, corporate bodies and philanthropists to emulate similar benevolency of the Chief.

Meanwhile some old students of the 1990 year group previously had taken massive clean up exercise to the M/A JHS. They bathed the school block with new paints and provided 2 desktop computers as well.
