Bassengele CHPS Compound Receives Facelift, Clinical Equipments ~ Philanthropist

A Good Samaritan has Refurbished Bassengele CHPS Compound, Donates Clinical Equipments At The Tune Of About Ghc 50,000

Hon Kwame Obeng Agyina a native of Bassengele a farming community in the Bibiani Ahwiaso Bekwai Municipality of the Western North Region has renovated a Community Health Planing Service (CHPS Compound) facility at Basengele that serves about nine ajorning communities in the area and also bought 5 modern beds and other equipments that is estimated at Gh₵ 50,000.

Speaking with the media during the presentation in Basengele, Mr Agyina indicated that the day marks his birthday and further explained the motive behind his philantropic gesture.

Madam Esther Ofosu the in-charge of the Bassengele health facility on behalf of the municipal health directorate and her staff expressed their profound gratitude to the donor and indicated how this renovation and donation would be of help to the facility and the community at large.

Mr Emmanuel Osei, Bassengele CHPS committee Chaiman who according him has been relief of a great burden thanked the donner, Kwame Obeng Agyina for his benevolence saying he would have a sound sleep henceforth.

The chief of the Bassengele traditional area, Nana Kwasi Ato Ware II in his speech asked for divine blessings for the philanthropist urging others to emulate what Hon Agyina has done to his community for God loves the cheerful giver.
