Hon Kofi Antwi tells NPP delegates to vote for a parliamentary Aspirant who is competent.

Any incumbent NPP MP Who lacks competence should be vote against in the upcoming parliamentary primaries -Hon kofi Antwi maintains.

One of the fire brands communicators in the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) and greater Accra Operations manager for NPP, Hon kofi Antwi has hit the nail on the right spot in connection with the upcoming parliamentary primaries.

There are a lot of incumbent Members of Parliament (MP) who wants to retain their seats, as Parliamentary Candidates for the party.

Hon. Kofi Antwi has added his voice to who suppose to be elect as Parliamentary Candidates for NPP in their upcoming primaries.

He said, the officers of the party (delegates) should consider any parliamentary Aspirant on the standard of competency.

His cogent reasons are the reflections of the MP handy work in terms of performances, when they had the opportunity to represent their interest in Parliamentary, when they got elected as members of parliament.

If they couldn’t perform to the expectations of the officers of the party (Delegates) they have no business to be voted for as representatives of the party.

He gave a reasonable advice to those who have the legitimate right to vote as delegates, that they shouldn’t sell their conscience for money and vote against an incompetent parliamentary candidates.

They should vote for those who can add more votes to the party score card or basket.

Lastly Hon Kofi Antwi said the delegates should remember what happened in Parliament, when the parliamentarians wanted to elect the speaker of Parliament, they shouldn’t forget the struggles the party has gone through, because the party couldn’t win more parliamentary seats in 2020 general elections.

The hang parliament has really caused the party to pass certain social interventional policies that will better the lives of the Ghanaian populace.
