RE: Ofori-Ata, Bawumia Are Worse As Each Other ~ Dr. Anthony Akoto Osei

Hon Anthony Akoto Osei, the Presidential Adviser on the Ghana’s economy has broken silence, rejoined on a post on ghanaweb and other social media platforms including a purported leaked audio tape above of this story headline.

The former Member Parliament for Old Tafo-Pankrono and the former Minister for Monitoring and Evaluation wishes to categorically deny those unfounded statements whether in an interview or in an engagement with any body.

Meanwhile the Executives of Old Tafo Constituency of the new patriotic party in the Ashanti region also has issued a similar statement debunking the malicious, cooked and doctored audio.

The statement signed by the communication officer, Chief Anokye reads as follows:

My attention has been drawn to a video purported to be the Hon. Dr. Anthony Akoto Osei, the Presidential Advisor on the Economy, the former Minister for Monitoring and Evaluation and our immediate past MP.

Our checks have proven that the video is maliciously manufactured to denigrate the image and hard earned reputation of our distinguished former MP who served the good people of Old Tafo Constituency well and continues to serve the nation tirelessly.

Hon. Dr. Akoto Osei’s support for the NPP and HE Nana Addo Akuffo-Addo’s government has never been in doubt.

The people of Old-Tafo Constituency condemn the act by those unscrupulous elements behind the manufactured video and ask them to refrain from such irresponsible acts.
Thank you.

Signed
Chief Anokye
