Chief Justice Anim Yeboah spoke to Dr. Boboobo that when he assumed office as a Chief Justice his few interruptions with the DCE even there are infrastructure deficit of court houses in the country.
He intensified the engagement with the district assembly common fund the municipal and district assemblies on how to address the situations.
The CJ said this is enough with the government medium term development plan to enhance the court to be responsive to the Justice needs to the citizens.
He said Nananom are so graciously to released land for the construction of the court facilities, adding that the Judiciary is mindful that person that appears in court have different needs.
DCE of Fanteakwa south district Hon. Ernet Ofosu also spoke to Dr.Boboobo that the vision of the president of the Republic of Ghana is to send Justice to the citizens door step, and due to that he has remembered Fanteakwa by building court for them which will help them a lot by reducing crime in the district.
He said the court will help those who have issues with the galamseyers who are bdestroying their cocoa farms and other farms to face the court for Justice.
