Transport Companies In Sekondi Takoradi Declared Sit Down Strike Action Passengers Stranded Called On Govt For immediate intervention

Transport operators in the Sekondi Takoradi metropolis of the western region has declared indefinite sit down strike action in what they called it as solidarity to metro mass transit in what they termed as a bad treatment Sekondi Takoradi metropolitan assembly is given to metro mass transit for allowing a private company to load at metro mass transit yard closed to main Accra station which is already choked

Sekondi Takoradi metropolitan assembly have battle the state transport company to allowed Bimbisala a private company to share thier terminal a situation metro mass transit has share a concern but several complains through the ministry of transport has proven futile

Passengers who are travelling from Sekondi Takoradi to various parts of the country are stranded since all the stations has failed to operate to support metro mass transit
