DKT international distributes contraceptives and HIV/AIDS testing kits to some church members to embrace world contraceptive day.
As today mark World Contraceptive Day, DKT INTERNATIONAL GHANA has distributes contraceptives and HIV/AIDS testing kits to some churches.
During the distribution, the sales manager for DKT INTERNATIONAL GHANA western North Region,Mr.Owusu Ansah revealed that, the main purpose of their work is to prevent HIV/AIDS and also to educate families on how to use contraceptive.
He stated that,they want to let the world knows the importance of spacing up our birth and also let the people know that HIV is on the rise in the country especially those at the border towns and the need to put stop it.
Speaking to Nattybongo,Pastor Aaron Danso, Unity Baptist Church Sefwi wiawso applaud DKT INTERNATIONAL GHANA for the great work and advice the general public especially the marriage couples and the young girls that not all glitters are gold because they don’t know who will infect them with the HIV/AIDS.
Pastor Aaron Danso disclosed that, some people are condemning family planning because of what the scriptures says at Genesis 38 but God will judge you for given birth with out taken good care of him or her.
Some members of Unity Baptist Church share what they have learnt from the teachings and they will make good use of it.
