Akua Donkor Appeals To Gov’t For Portable Drinking Water, Quality Network Connectivity At Ahafo Kenyasi

The 2020 flagbearer for the Ghana Freedom Party Madam Akua Donkor has appealed to the government to provide the residents of Ahafo Kenyasi portable drinking water, quality network connectivity as well as police patrol vehicle.

The astute politician noted bitterly how people living around the area have been struggling to get water to drink.

She said that, with her little support, she has been able to commence the establishment of a police station to help the people whilst calling for police patrol vehicle to support the security personnel.

“I am pleading with Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo Addo to give the people of Ahafo Kenyasi portable drinking water, quality network, electrification as well as police patrol vehicle. The bitter part of the story is that, these poor farmers have to move to nearby communities before they get access to network, it’s very unfortunate in this modernized world”, she added.

In addition, she urged Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO’s) as well as other stakeholders and philanthropists to come to the aid of the people living around the area which falls within the Asutifi North district of the Ahafo region.

“NGO’S and philanthropists must all come and support these deprived farmers. God loves a cheerful giver. I am doing much for them ,but I cannot do it alone ,so I need the support of other stakeholders”, she reiterated.
